Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you arrive 15 minutes late, as a courtesy to other clients, we will have to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments:
As a courtesy to you, we will confirm your appointment the day before you are scheduled. Please give a 24-hour notice should you need to change your appointment. If there are two or more same-day cancellations or missed appointments you will be asked to secure your future appointments with a credit card if theres not one already on file. Booking through our square website you must agree to our no-show/cancellation policy and may be subject to a fee for repeated no-show/cancellations.
Methods of Payment Accepted:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash and Checks.
Gratuity is customary for good service and is left to the discretion of the client.
Lash Lift Policy:
The client has 48 hours after service is performed to contact salon about complications with results.
